Initial Meeting
During this meeting, we learn about your specific needs and design ideas for your custom home.
Budget
After hearing your ideas and discussing best options for finance we will help you create a budget that fits your needs. This budget will be reviewed weekly by our team.
Contract
This contract will ensure we are on the same page and will clearly outline the requirements needed to build, including contractor fees.
Finalize Plans & Design
Pick from our catalog of plans. Or start from scratch. Our in-house design team will help you every step of the way!
Build
Watch your dream home become a reality! Follow along through our building platform where you can see the schedule, photos and daily logs. You’ll know exaclty what’s going on with your home!
