Joe and Danny Kuta make up The Danny Kuta Team at RE/MAX 4000 and have been the trusted real estate advisors for Dahl Built Homes since the beginning.
Danny has a strong background in new construction. He previously spent 3 years as the sales manager for the largest new home production company on the Western Slope, where he learned the ins & outs of all phases of new construction. Danny has lived in Grand Junction, CO for over 19 years, and has grown to love the area for the monuments, people and culture of the community. He is a proud husband to his wife of 19 years and a loving father to his daughter.
Joe has capitalized on the digital era by familiarizing himself on trends and how they can be beneficial. He has operated a Youtube channel for over 8 years. Joe has been a part of the Grand Valley for 20 years. He’s enjoyed every moment, spending time hiking, power lifting and being apart of the fitness community. Meanwhile also giving back through local YPN, church programs, PTA’s and food-banks. He is a devoted husband to his wife Megan of 19 years as well as a loving father to his 10 Yr old daughter and 4 Yr old son.
Stephen Hren, owner of Colorado Home Contractors, has worked for Dahl Built Homes for five years. He has a strong passion and talent for carpentry, having been raised by a carpenter/home builder. Along with project managment, Stephen also specializes in staining and installing custom made James Hardie siding. He lives in Grand Junction with his wife, Jess, and their three sons, Jackson (7) Jayden (5), and Oliver (2). They love to spend their time enjoying the beautiful outdoors and give all the glory to Him who made it.
Taylor and Haley Case, co-owners of Case Creations, are a husband and wife team. Taylor is a Project Manager and Warranty Fulfillment Coordinator, while Haley serves as the Business Manager for Dahl Built Homes. Taylor has a background in several trades as well as a license in electrical. Together, they have spent time remodeling a home and recently finished building a home. Haley and Taylor value spending time with family and are grateful to be working alongside Haley’s sister Jenna, and their brother-n-law Greg. Outside of work, you will find Haley and Taylor outdoors adventuring with their two dogs, and enjoying all that makes the Western Slope home.
