From tweaking plans and window placement to designing unique features. No two homes are the same. The benefit for you? You can swoop in and buy a home without many of the decisions that go into custom homes. You can be confident that these homes are still well thought out, as we build every home as if we would live there.
Custom Homes
Our custom home process is similar. You will still get access to our team who will be able to help every step of the way. Permitting, finance, design and material ordering can be a lot. Rest assured we have systems and contractors who can make the process seamless. We offer flexibility in this process to fit your budget and time, allowing you to decide how much you want to be involved. Building a custom home will take longer, but we still pride ourselves in smooth time management and communication. A custom home is a good fit for you if you have a particular building location in mind – maybe you already have the land! Or if you’ve been dreaming about you’re home for a long time. Most of our move-in ready homes are around 2,000 square feet. So if you’re wanting something much bigger or smaller than that, a custom home is right for you. Read about our custom home process HERE.
Our Opinion
We LOVE building both. Move-in ready homes and custom homes alike give us opportunities to learn and let our creativity run wild! We love trying new things and our small locally owned company is able to provide attention to detail and quick communication.
